help to continue to provide this very needed service to the disabled community. Without your dedication, our

| SPONSORSHIPS are a way groups and individuals can support CST's program. Clubs and businesses can sponsor any and every type of fund raiser for CST. Individuals and groups can sponsor a CST dog and/or a graduate. |
1. PLATINUM PAW SPONSORSHIP ($10,000.00)
This sponsorship provides:
Administration fees, food for one dog; foster care expenses, health testing, advanced training and all team-training expenses.
In appreciation, the sponsor receives:
14k tie tack/lapel pin with diamond chip, sponsor plaque, opportunity to name a CST Puppy, picture of graduate team with nameplate,
VIP table at graduation and CST newsletters.

2. GOLDEN PAW SPONSORSHIP ($5,000.00)
This sponsorship provides:
Administration fees, food for one dog; foster care expenses, health testing and advanced training.
In appreciation, the sponsor receives:
14k tie tack/lapel pin with sapphire chip, sponsor plaque, picture of graduate team with nameplate, VIP table at graduation and CST
newsletters.

3. SILVER PAW SPONSORSHIP ($2,500.00)
This sponsorship provides:
A puppy's foster care expenses, food for one dog, and approximately 1/3 of the advanced training costs.
In appreciation, the sponsor receives:
Sterling Silver tie tack/lapel pin with Garnet chip, sponsor plaque and CST newsletters.

This sponsorship provides:
Food for one dog, and most of an advanced dog's health testing.
