Puppy Raiser Application

Thank you for your interest in volunteering as a Puppy Raiser with Canine Support Teams. Puppy raisers are an essential part of our program, providing daily care, socialization, and foundational training for future service dogs during their first year of life. 

The information you provide in this application will help us learn more about your experience, home environment, shcedule, and expectations. Our goal is to ensure that each puppy is placed in a home that will support their development and set them up for success as they prepare for advanced service dog training.
